Trying to get into the wholesaling would love to learn

Hello, 

Im new to real estate investing and would like to start with wholesale and would love to learn form someone or shadow them and even possibly help them and get some experience. Im a type of person who learns more from experience. Im open to any feedback would love to know even where to start. Do I start my creating my contracts, what kind of contracts should I create for assignment, so I find a list of buyers first. Just trying to find someone to talk to and learn from so I can get my feet wet and get started as well.
