Getting a loan "without" a job?

I am currently working off the books and assume I will be for the next few years. I want to get started and have enough money saved to do so, but will any bank give me a loan with no reported income?

In my opinion, you have a bigger problem here. You have admitted in a public forum you are intentionally and knowingly evading income taxes. That is a felony in New York and at the Federal level.
