New to US Multifamily Investing, Not New to Real Estate

Hello BP Community,

I'm diving into the value-add multifamily investment scene here in the States. While I might be new to this particular market, my roots in real estate run with a history of commercial real estate investments in India.

Currently, I have my sights set on the Hartford market. Given its potential and my past experience, I'm enthusiastic about the opportunities it presents. However, as with any market, local insights and collaborations can make all the difference.

I'd love to connect with fellow investors and knowledgeable individuals who are familiar with Hartford or the broader CT real estate market. Sharing experiences, advice, or even discussing potential collaborations – I'm here for it all!

Looking forward to forging valuable connections and learning alongside each one of you. Here's to fruitful investments and shared success!

Quote from @Ryan Muska:

Love Hartford, CT! Especially a big fan of the West Hartford Center. I've spent a lot of time dining and shopping there.

Hartford and West Hartford are two very different beasts.  I also love West Hartford but avoid Hartford like the plague.
