First Time Buyer/House Hacking in Sacramento or Northern California

Due to some changes on the job front, I am now looking at purchasing a home in the greater Sacramento/Northern California area and am looking to make some connections (other investors, brokers, agents) and hopefully ask some questions.

I’m particularly interested in house hacking, and talking to others that have gone that route.
