Expanding Business into Miami - Looking for Fellow Investors & Local Advice
Hi All,
I'm excited to say I recently made the decision to expand into Miami, FL.
I am currently based in Northern Virginia (I'm a licensed agent focused on wholesaling & working with referral agent partners - also buy for own our own portfolio), however, my husband is serving an assignment at the Homestead Air Force Base & I would like to take advantage of the market while we are here (which may be several years...who knows, we may never leave!).
That said, I am interested in connecting with fellow investors, vendors, lenders, agents...you name it, if you know someone or you are connected to real estate investing in Miami, I would love to know you!
Any investing groups you recommend? Hope to get out there and start meeting folks in person as soon as possible.
Also, any specific neighborhoods you recommend? Looking for cash flow areas where I can market for income (primarily) & rehab opportunities. In the beginning stages of research and would appreciate any thoughts about the area.
