I’m a NYC real estate agent based in Brooklyn and the main focus has been rentals. I’m looking to dive into wholesaling as soon as possible. Is there anyone in NYC that is in wholesaling and have any tips?

I have heard that wholesaling and investing in NY is tough due to high taxes, not landlord friendly state and high prices, have you considered maybe going out of state?
