Where to start for first investment in Ocala or Melbourne Florida area

Hi there,

Just starting out. I do not have any investment property but would like to start. I live in Melbourne Florida area and also a bit familiar with Ocala so looking to invest in either of those. I just don't know where to start so any guidance will be very helpful. Thank you
