Loan Structures for Syndications

Hello,  I'm working on raising funds for my first 506(b) syndication.  How are loans structured when banks seem to be requiring 51% of ownership to sign for the loan as well as any individual who owns more than 20%?   Is ownership % not linked to % of capital in the raise?   Any help would be great.
