St. Louis mid-term hopeful
Hi BP! I live in Northern California where the housing market is super expensive. I’m looking to begin my investment journey in St. Louis where I’m hoping to get a little more bang for my buck. I’m interested in mid-term and short-term rentals as a way to offset my W-2 income. I’d be grateful for any recommendations with this process (realtors, lenders, management, contractors, etc.).
