Need encouragement and advice
I'm buying my 5th home, but for the first time I am feeling nervous and anxious about it. I believe it's the fact that I'm paying twice as much price and interest than I ever did and consequently although I know I can make the payment it's just not what I am use to. It will be my primary residence and will will be renting the one I'm moving out of. Anybody has any advice or words or encouragement, I really need it right now. I'm in the Huntersville are in NC, anybody here familiar with the area?
