Looking for mentors and investors

Hello, I am new to real estate. I have been doing my research and would like to get started on multi family properties. I currently have zero knowledge or experience in this field, and would like to connect with mentors and investors, to direct me on the whole nine yards of getting funding, real estate germin, where to begin, etc. I’m honestly lost.

@Davis Brady  are you wanting to get involved in small or large multi-family?   For large deals 100+ units, we're probably the center of the universe in Dallas for meetups and training.   Plenty of gurus here.  It does take some time and money.   I would look at Brad Sumroks RatRace2Retirement 3 day weekend class coming up soon, I think April.   He also has a event special right now I think.

There are others that probably have similar training and success.

If you just want to get started with some basic knowledge and some free or cheaper meetups and podcasts search on....

RGE Multi-family- Look up Brad Sumrok, Kenny Wolfe, Aaron Katz, Emily Courtright, Jorge Abreau, and Dawn Keller. They all have meetups about 1x month in various locations around DFW. Saturday is popular, but some lunches and dinners as well. I’ll detail these out at some point.
