Investment tips for newbie + networking in area
New to BP. Moving to Irvine. CPA advised us to start at LLC and buy our primary residence as an investment property and rent it to ourselves for tax benefits. Also looking for another investment property to Airbnb in the area. Any tips would be helpful! Which area would you recommend nearby? Which lender has the best rates? What type of loan? (We have excellent credit and cash flow) Where to start etc. Would love to receive mentorship and network!
