Looking for my 1st off market fix & Flip - Don't need a lender.

My goal is to become a long-term rental investor, but I would like to start by doing a couple of fix and flip properties here in San Antonio. My question is how can I get access to off market deals? I will be paying cash for my 1st property.

The best way to access off market deals you have to either do it yourself, which is a full-time job calling and building relationships with these cold sellers, or find investor-friendly agents/wholesalers sourcing these deals for you.

Check out wholesaling Facebook groups in your area and add yourself to all of them. You will find a ton of wholesalers that way. Another thing you can do is keep making a couple of posts on bigger pockets in your location forum and ask for wholesalers to reach out.
