Rental Space Oversaturation

Hello everyone,

I have been investigating owning a rental property for a few years now. I know it may sound like I'm making excuses (some times they are excuses) for not starting today. However, I'm worried that the rental space is starting to get oversaturated and no longer worth the time or investment. I'm still serious about owning a rental property but very leery of the market space. Do you guys feel the space way?
