Any unique places to do research?

Hi All,

I am a new member to this website. I am doing some research on the market in my area which is the NY/NJ tri-state area to determine smaller demographics that are best places to invest in at the moment. I have found some sites online which offer some good information on statistics on areas and am combining this with the local MLS so far. I was wondering if anyone can offer any advices as to places where they have been able to gather useful information about certain markets? Anything would be helpful!

Thanks,

Frank

Welcome to the BP family. The learn section as well as the library of podcasts are good places to acquire good information. You might visit citydata.com activerain, realtor.com for starters. I think equally important is the number of days houes stay on the market is specific price ranges. Again, welcome aboard.
