I need some help investing in Central Wyoming

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any good advice for investing in Central Wyoming. I have a great 6 figure day job, but it keeps me away from my wife and kids 20 days a month. My goal is to build a Rental portfolio to supplement my income in the next 5 years. I would my portfolio to have a mix of single family, multi family and storage units. Any help would be great. I am just starting out and I plan to buy my first rental in the next 30-60 days
