Thank you for reading my post.

Hi guys. I am interested in being a commercial real estate investor but I have some problems with it.

I am trying to become a commercial real estate investor, and I do have tremendous family support. However, it's been really hard for me to find a right mentor who has success in his/her career.

Our family have few companies that generate over $60 million revenue per year, including a branch office in the U.S. My father's relative is a top government politician who specializes in finance. My family have at least 700k that is in U.S bank at the interest rate of 1%.

This says that I do have a really nice background for investors who actively seek for money. I am not trying to boast my family's wealth. I am just trying to elaborate that I myself worth value for future mentors who are willing to spare time for me.

However, I do need education and guidance that only mentors can provide. #Note: I am not making any investment decisions from those who just want to steal money from me. IT NEVER WORKS. SO DONT TRY TO BOTHER WITH ME saying "here is a nice product". I don't have enough knowledge to make a decision no matter how good your product is.

I do also know that I cannot provide any real values to my future mentor during my learning process. I am keep thinking about nice "return" plans to a mentor who can guide me to become an investor.

Currently, I enrolled BU commercial real estate commercial certificate classes, and am reading commercial RE books. I will not attend commercial real estate meeting yet since I cannot provide any values to members.

If you are a mentor who has interest in teaching me, please send me a pm. I live in Boston, so currently I am only looking for mentors who are in Boston area. It is also ok to just test me out whether I am a right candidate for you or not. I won't get offended at all.

Besides that, any advice is welcome, and I sincerely appreciate for your advice. Best.

This may be helpful How to find a mentor You may also want to check into the CCIM program. It is the most sophisticated training in commercial real estate available. It is also a great place to network with real players in that market.
