Hello, my name is David. I'm 16 and I want to be a real estate developer when I become older. But anyway, I want to hear your story on how you became a real estate investor/developer. I want to know how old you were when you first heard about real estate? Who was the person that introduced you into real estate? When did you start actually taking real estate seriously? When did you buy your first property? How much did you buy it for? Did you do a live-in flip? Or did you buy and sell fast? For you developers out there, when did you develop your first property? What were your expenses like? Did you guys build ladders to build wealth? If not, how did you do so? Some other questions you can answer are: What was your biggest mistake you made early on? Did anyone doubt you when you started out? How did you handle stress and anxiety early on when buying properties? I would truly love to hear your story.
