Looking for a small brokerage in the Bay Area where I, a new RE agent , can learn

Hello,

I got my RE agent license a year ago now. I signed up with Pellego which is an online brokerage because I was looking for a investor friendly brokerage. I do have a full time job right now, but my goal is to transition into full time RE investing in the next 3-5 years.

I am looking to move to a smaller firm, where I can get some guidance and learn the ropes. I am in NorCal (Fremont area). I love to solve complex challenges so I was leaning towards mastering REOs, Foreclosure, short sales, probates where, to my limited understanding, the investment would be lower than the traditional process + higher ROI ....Fully understand the high risk.

Any recommendations (or thoughts on my plan) would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Noopur
