Is a RE license beneficial for investors?
I'm 18 years old and just starting out in real estate, expanding my network and learning daily. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get my real estate license or to just jump right in to investment and syndication. I've heard that with a license you have certain limitations that are undesirable, but I'm not sure.
