First Flip in Rockford, IL – Looking for Lender Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m getting ready to do my first single-family flip in Rockford, Illinois. I don’t have a property under contract yet, but I’m working with an investor-friendly agent to find one.

I’d like to line up financing before I lock in a deal and am especially looking for private lenders who are open to working with first-time flippers.

If you’ve worked with lenders in this area, or have tips for someone just starting out, I’d really appreciate your insights!
