Want to Buy-Hold - Problem

I believe the best way to a secure my future is to buy-hold properties to create the passive income.

Problem - I am recently laid off my job. Without a new job how can I get the mortgages I need?

Todd without a job, landlording experience or a considerable amount of assets to secure the debt no bank is going to give you the financing you need.

Focus your attention on getting a new job & then you will be able to start investing.
