Anyone investing in small multi family properties in Salt Lake County?

Hello BP community! My name is Chris and I'm a new investor currently working towards my first small multi family property here in Salt Lake County. I personally live in Midvale and am looking as close to home as possible.

What has stopped me from making it happen thus far is my own lack of proper networking in the past. However, I've committed to changing that and have begun doing so by getting active here.

I'm looking to connect with others who are working on similar things in this and surrounding areas. I've got some ideas of what I'd like to do long term that I don't see anyone else really doing but I know I need to start with getting that first one locked down.

If you're investing around here, I'd love to connect and see how I can help you as I continue learning and working towards making it happen for my family.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to talking with you folks and hope you're having a great week!
