Hello everyone!
My family and I are looking into what we need to do to get out of the states and I am working to make it so investing in real estate could be a big help in making this happen. I've got some questions for those of you who are experienced here.
- What locations outside of the United States do you feel are best for investors to move to (We have two loved ones with medical complications; cystic fibrosis and diabetes, and need to consider having access to proper medical facilities)
- What were your biggest obstacles in making this happen
- Are you still living outside the country but investing here?
- What are some things you wish you knew before doing this?
- What other questions should I be asking?
I'm eager to continue learning and growing. I've got to do something good for my family and do it as quickly as possible. I am managing my expectations but I'm also pressured to make it happen as soon as possible so I sincerely appreciate your feedback.
Thank you for your time!

Christopher, your posts are gold! I love the questions you ask because they're really pointed in the right direction and there's a lot to learn from reading the responses you get from experienced investors.
I myself am learning along similar lines and am really interested in investing out of state as soon as I am able to. All I can say is what I've learned from David Greene's BRRRR book. If you haven't yet picked it up, I strongly recommend it. It sounds like it's right up your alley.
He recommends interviewing around five people for various team members you need. I'd personally start with finding a property management company that understands what you're working to accomplish and has a track record of success. You could add value to the relationship with them by referring them to others when timing is right and they could help with recommending other professionals you need on your team in that area, help to find other properties, etc.
I'm looking forward to learning of your successes and lessons learned, Sir. Please keep us posted about where this goes for you and let me know if I can be of assistance in any way.
All the best to you and yours!

Hello everyone! My name is Chris and I'm working to secure my first deal, aimed at a small multi family property in Salt Lake County. I've flirted with real estate long enough and now I'm going all in.
I've recently deleted all my social media and created a youtube channel focused exclusively on real estate. I'm eager to learn and grow, add value, and make good things happen.
I look forward to learning from and talking with those who have similar interests and targets.
Thank you for your time. I hope you're all doing great!
