Hello BP community, new investor here working towards small multi family property

Hello everyone! My name is Chris and I'm working to secure my first deal, aimed at a small multi family property in Salt Lake County. I've flirted with real estate long enough and now I'm going all in. 

I've recently deleted all my social media and created a youtube channel focused exclusively on real estate. I'm eager to learn and grow, add value, and make good things happen.
