For me, it's meant:

No alarm clocks
Working from anywhere
Unlimited time with family (yes, even the 𝗈̶𝗎̶𝗍̶𝗅̶𝖺̶𝗐̶𝗌̶, I mean, in-laws)
Being present as a dad and husband
