New landlord looking to rent out a unit

Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my first post. Can you help? I'd like to know what kind of marketing strategies do you use to rent out your properties. I recently purchased my first rental property and I've been having a tough time getting people to notice or come to view the unit I'm renting out. Any suggestions? Thank you I appreciate it.
