Hey guys. It looks like getting my real estate license would be a great idea and would essentially pay for itself after the purchase of the first property or two. I've been spending time looking at schools to take the required 90 hours in, but I really know nothing about them.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
I've personally know a couple people to go through AZ Academy of Real Estate, both have said based on their research and attending they would pick the same place if had to do all over again.
I am personally planning on enrolling here. If you're looking for "cheap" sometimes there are places listed on Groupon. Either case, my vote is for AARE.
I did mine at the Arizona Academy of Real Estate and would highly recommend them.
They have a campus in Peoria (Thunderbird and 101) which was the closest one for me and probably for you too Corey considering you are in Litchfield Park.
You can use any of the locations for your classes and you can take the classes as many times as you like. The support is good especially the exam prep.
Feel free to PM me with any questions and good luck to both of you.
Perfect, thank you both.
A bit of a hike for you but I recently did mine at Chandler RETC. Great instructor, can also take classes as often as you want, offer additional test support, and fair but challenging school testing. Once you pass their test, you'll definitely pass the actual license testing!
