Going to look at houses.
I sent my real estate agent my criteria for houses that I am interested in and we will be looking at houses tomorrow. I just purchased J Scotts book on flipping houses and estimating rehab costs. I will be listening to them tonight at work. Any tips on things I should probably avoid for my first flip (foundation, termites, mold, lead based paint)?
