My mother is selling a commercial property in Long Beach Ca. She has a broker, and speaking with her today she is willing to take a 15K loss to get rid of the building. I have no money to buy (this building would be perfect for either a Doctor, Dentist). What are the best options for her and myself. Were she could get rid of the property, and I could make $$.  Please help.
