Aloha everyone!
My name is Trent and I am brand new to real estate. I came across BP the other week and have read the UBG and have listened to almost all the podcasts. BP is amazing and I am excited to further my knowledge in real estate. As I have been reading and listening I feel that I really want to get into multifamily buy and hold investments. I really want to gain experience and be able to learn from someone who knows the Hawaii (Oahu) market. Any help on this from a local investor would be great.
