looking for local seminars

Hello everyone.  I'm happy to have been led here. Anyway, my wife and I are going to be buying our first investment property in 18 month's or so. From now until the moment we are ready we want to learn as much as possible. We are wondering if anyone knows of any seminars in the Louisiana or Mississippi area that could help us.
