I'm working on lining up financing for my first investment property. Looking at FHA, HomePath or other low down-payment options.
Can anyone recommend an investor friendly mortgage broker? I've been speaking with a broker from Wells Fargo to start the pre-approval process but am wondering if there is someone I should reach out to who does a lot of work with investors and could be helpful in navigating me through my first loan.
I am assuming since you mentioned HomePath that you are trying to buy a single family home; is this correct?
I'm looking at single family HomePath homes and duplexes that are on the MLS
Here is a lender I have done a bunch of SFR rentals with the past 24 months:
thanks @Paul T. I'll give him a call
We are a HomePath approved lender in the Seattle area and are well versed in the program as well as others …thanks
