What should i look into. I am a beginner

Hi guys I have been researching real estate but need to learn about it more. My goal is to one day buy and flip houses and also buy properties and rent them out. I was wondering what forums and what posts or videos would be recommended to get the education i need to be more familiar with how to start or even get into real estate period. I work for a grocery store now but my goal is to be in real estate by the end of next year and have that as my main job.

I would look into getting a real estate license and look for a person that could possibly be a mentor. Your time-line will increase your pressure to achieve the things you want to do.
