Buy and hold start with no credit or money?

Hello, I am very passionate about buying and holding property, I am just not in a position to start. I have a couple of things that are in collections from my younger years, I am 24 now. I just moved out on my own, so money is tight. I do have a good job but I just can't seem to get a bank or credit union to loan me the money to start the buy and hold process. Can someone give me some advise?

Save money, clean up your credit and increase your income so you can save more money.

Buy and hold with no credit or no money will require you to get at least get either cash or credit.

Learn real estate while your getting cash/credit together..look into wholesaling as a way a way to make more cash
