Looking for a wholesaler or to be a wholesaler in Santa Cruz.

I'm looking to expand my house flipping business and am in need of more deals (join the club right) but I'd like to hook up with some wholesalers in Santa Cruz county. Or I'd like to hear from some other investors in the Santa Cruz, Aptos, Soquel, Watsonville, San Jose areas. To see if there is a need for wholesalers. If there is a lack of wholesalers and an abundance of cash buys, I'm thinking about starting an add campaign to find my leads and wholesale too. Thanks for the feedback. Matt
