New book for a Newbie

Hello all, 

I'm not particularly new to BP and its vast knowledge in which I'm still trying to soak in (after almost 2 years off and on BP).  My question is, what is a good book for guy like myself to read first? I have read Rich dad Poor dad which was a great book but it didn't have the depth I was looking for.

I'm looking for something that explains REI for someone brand spanking new to the REI business and goes from there. Sorry if this post is all over the place.
