Hello Ce' Darious

I am a Real Estate Broker in San Antonio Tx so I can attempt to offer you some help.

1st Congrats on getting your RE Education

I got my license when I was 21 years old and the fact that I didn't know anything was one of my greatest assets. I didn't have boundaries and preconceived thoughts of how things should be and that gave me an edge over the competition. When you get licensed and start getting real world experience that experience helping others will accelerate your investment knowledge. Success leaves clues. Work with people that have something you desire and help them get what they want. The 1st company I went to work for after I got my license had the government contract to market the FHA Foreclosures, So I was kind of getting paid to learn.

in any market when you get out of school continue to study and learn what's inside of you will come out of you and create your surroundings.  The fact that you are on here and asking questions is a indication that you will seek-ask-knock- and find.  Try to stay around positive and optimistic people they will tend to look for solutions as some will just bring out and highlight the problems in a market.

Houston is experiencing great positive growth in their luxury home market.

In Houston you can get a decent read on the Real estate market by what goes on with the oil industry.

I pray you have a prosperous career.  If you ever have more questions you can contact me anytime!
