A GOOD SOURCE FOR REO ?

I know timing is everything and I am trying to find a house to flip and get on the market for the spring time.My local realtors are useless to me unless I point out the house I want to see. I also get lists emailed daily.neither way has produced anything good Is there anyone who has joined Realty Trac with any success,or any other of these services???
