I am new to investing and have been looking for houses to buy and ran across this ad on Craigslist in my area. My question is this a wholesaler trying to sell a property? There three post similar to this one of course diff properties. Also what should I search on Craigslist to look for investment properties 3 BEDROOM HOUSE, LARGE YARD & A DECK IN QUIET AREA NEAR SHORE DRIVE. $100 DEP MAY BE ACCEPTABLE.
