Ready for a new start,
My wife and I will be moving to the Pensacola Florida area in June and I would like to use this move as an opportunity to start a new career in real estate that I have wanted for awhile.
I have been in the been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years and hope to use my experience estimating building projects to my advantage when flipping houses.
Since I will be just moving to this area I was wondering if any local investors have any tips or advice about the Pensacola real estate market? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
