Hi Malik,

Thanks for posting your question. It is nice to know that you are interested in real estate investing and reaching out for help here on BP. To answer your question, no one really knows what you "should" do.  Decide what you want to do, write it down and proceed from where you are to your goal.  There is an abundance of information available to you on this site and many people will offer advice and recommendations. 

As you learn, remember to take action on your plan.  Gathering knowledge is a good idea, but you must apply what you learn in order for you to move toward your goal.  

Please tell us what your goal is for real estate investing and what you are doing now to get to that goal. The help you need is everywhere as you go along, so get moving!  I for one can hardly wait to see what you have to say next.
