Hey, for the seasoned investors out there:

What are some of the best states for investing?

I've been scoping house values in North Carolina, Texas, Georgia, and Florida just to name a few. The prices are relatively cheap, and the cities I've been looking at are in booming areas. What are you thoughts about this?

Daniel it's hard to comment in detail without knowing your goals.

Buying houses in multiple states gives diversity but also you will have likely many PM companies to look after.

Depending if you are after lower income houses with higher rents to purchase price then you will also run into lot's of problems managing from afar.
