hi my name is todd and i am new to investing. I AM LOOKING for some answers to help me with how i should borrow for my first investment? I have less then a year of tax returns with my business so going through bank will be out of question. I am curious to hear anyone's input on if i should do a hard loan and if so where do yo find these people who will do such a loan?

warm wishes,

todd

You can try Hard Money, Seller financing, or have someone cosign with you
