Hello Bigger Pocket Members,

I am a new investor currently living in Long Island, NY. I am looking to specialize in lease purchase deals and I just started speaking to FSBO on craigslist this week. I have not done a deal yet but I believe I have all the tools to run my business. Do any of you more seasoned investors that live in the area have any advice for me with getting started?
