Technology and Marketing Wholesale Properties

I am just starting out in wholesaling and just dropped my first yellow letter campaign with a partner this week (1500 letters). While he is a technology savant and will handle that for our joint efforts, he also has his own business and I will have mine. The technology side has always vexed me and I understand that your ability to efficiently and quickly market your wholesale deals to as many investors as possible is critical to establishing your credibility and presenting your properties in the best possible light. Am I over thinking this aspect of the business? Can you hire a VA to handle that? Just don't want to overlook something so important just because it is not a strength of mine. Thanks !
