Philadelphia PA & Probate

Hi. I just contacted the Reg of Wills here in Philadelphia Pa. I asked if there was an available weekly or monthly listing of probate, and was informed that "those listings don't exist" as I would need the personal info of the deceased individual to track any further info.

So, does this mean that there are no other options for me concerning this? Also, would it be an option to look into another county surrounding Philadelphia county?

In your experience, what would be another "lead" type be that you enjoy and maybe I'd enjoy too if probate isn't pursuable at this time?

Hope these weren't silly questions, and thank you so much for any positive feedback.

Takeya

Not necessary to get paper copies. The value of the information is probably worth a fraction of that.

What most people want is useable says that they can determine which opportunities they wish to market to, probably with direct response methods: Mail > Call > Knock.

I encourage everyone who wishes to market to parties involved with open probates spend at least a half to a full day at their lids courthouse first. Begin by sitting in the back of open court observing cases as they are called and heard. Sure, some cases are like watching paint dry. However, others have more  drama than a TV show. You can't make thus stuff up!

Then spend the rest if your time getting to know how case files are archived. Learn how to pull cases and review them for assets, facts and circumstances and especially the people problems.

This is how you will appreciate the value of the information and decide if it's worth paying a commercial list provider or a researcher or if you wish to continue spending your time pulling files.
