Neighborhood Identification and Analysis
I am new to investing and have recently moved to Portland. I don’t know the city/surrounding areas too well and was wondering how others got to know their area and identify their favorite neighborhoods to invest. Driving through and visiting neighborhoods is great but I am assuming people narrow down their search to a handful of neighborhoods first. How did you begin that initial narrowing down and identify the neighborhoods of interest?
