I am putting out "Bandit signs"  looking for investors that want properties.  Has anyone any good luck with certain messages on the signs.  PLEASE HELP Im new.

If you are able to find legitimate deals, finding buyers will be the least of your worries.  I think you're putting the cart before the horse on this one.
