Completely New in the St. Louis area.

Hi! I'm Emily and new to real estate investing. I have worked in Insurance the last 3 years and have found that I gain more excitement from helping individuals make purchases they really want and not so much just something they "need". Thus, my husband and I have turned to real estate investing.  I think I would like to start with wholesaling to build up funds and then pursue rental management. 

I have some knowledge on wholesaling and have been doing a lot of reading on here, but would love to begin networking, learning, and contacting with individuals in my area whom have the same interests as I.
